You can send an invitation to someone to let him/her review you. The invitation is sent by email to this person and linked directly to your profile, starting the review process.

After a review has been submitted, you will receive a notification by email and we will display on your dashboard that a review is pending, awaiting approval. You can then either accept or reject the client's relationship. The name of the person who reviewed you won't be displayed after you have accepted their review.

You can't delete a review on The Lawyer Guide. However if you believe it's a bug or a mistake, you can contact our support and we will check your review.

We try to keep track of reviews as much as possible, and we go through them daily to check there are no false reviews posted on The Lawyer Guide.

You can claim your profile by looking for it on The Lawyer Guide. When you find it, you can click on the button "Claim my profile" under your profile picture, fill in your professional email address and we will send a link to set up your profile. Leads are direct demands submitted by users on The Lawyer Guide, after completing the following form. Leads are manually checked by our team before being forwarded to you. These leads include the client's name, contact information, location, legal expertise required and a message to describe their needs.

On your dashboard, in the Lead section, you can activate the feature and choose what expertise you would like to receive leads on. Leads will be sent to your email, and also displayed in the Lead section on your dashboard. You can follow up with them and manage your demands.
